Day 1
Scoping Call
Audience: hiring manager, HR manager, other interview team members
- Discuss purpose, impact, requirement
- Confirm job with engagement letter
- Invoice Sent Search commence when engagement payment is received

Weeks 1-2
Search
- Job market research and assessment
- Engage talent market and networks

Weeks 2-4
Selection
- Perform vetting calls with candidates
- Compile notes from vetting calls for presentation
- Check references for presentation

Weeks 3-5
Presentation / Phone / Screens
- The bulk of candidates will be presented
- PC phone screens begin on selected candidates
- Debrief phone and F2F discussion with both parties
- Continue to refine candidate search, screening and presentations

Weeks 4-6
Onsite Interview Process Begins
- Candidates begin on-site interviews
- Debrief both parties after interviews
- Assist as needed in final assessment / selection

Weeks 6-9
Offer
- Candidates are selected as finalists
- Pre-closing candidates
- Offers generated and accepted
- Monitor counter offer and start date
