  • Job market research and assessment
  • Engage talent market and networks

Selection

  • Perform vetting calls with candidates
  • Compile notes from vetting calls for presentation
  • Check references for presentation

Weeks 3-5

Presentation / Phone / Screens

  • The bulk of candidates will be presented
  • PC phone screens begin on selected candidates
  • Debrief phone and F2F discussion with both parties
  • Continue to refine candidate search, screening and presentations

Onsite Interview Process Begins

  • Candidates begin on-site interviews
  • Debrief both parties after interviews
  • Assist as needed in final assessment / selection
